One of the best all natural b-complex's out thereFeb 04, 2011
By Shari Blake Garden of Life is an amazing brand their dedication to making vitamin products from all natural, vegetarian/vegan plant based sources must be commended. When I turned vegetarian I had to change my vitamin brands because some other ones were making me very upset. My doctor recommended I buy a b-complex derived from plant sources. This is a great B-complex, easy on the stomach - you can even take it with water or juice. Highly recommended.

By Kiwi I've been using this B complex for a couple months now and it seems to be doing the trick. I like the probiotics in it and the extra goodies. This formula has Biotin in it also which my other B complex does not have. I use them both together for this purpose. If you are supplementing with any B vitamin on its own, you must always take a b complex with it to balance all the B vitamins in your system. You don't want to mess up this perfect balance in the body. I also enjoy the free shipping with the subscribe and save program here at amazon. Makes it easier to budget.

I used to dread taking B-Vitamins. you would open a little packet or container and the smell alone would make your stomach turn. Then you have the fun part, which is swallowing these large hard concentrated pills that stunk, and seemed to make your mouth, throat and stomach instantly repulsed as soon as you took them in. I would always think "If these are so good for me, why do they make me feel so disgusting as soon as I put them in my mouth".. Who knows what dessicated animal livers or whatever go into these products.

Raw B complex are light, and leave no aftertaste, they don't upset my stomach like every other B complex I've ever had. all vegan... and I feel great after I take them. I will purchase these as long as they are manufactured.

Blood work showed improved B-12 levelsNov 30, 2011
By Raw Vegan Runner I started taking this after my doctor told me that my B-12 levels were low. I used this for three months and then was tested again. My doctor informed me that my levels had gone up and to continue what I was doing!

By C. Rogers The Good: It has PABA in it (which is what I was originally looking for), plus it was "vegan". I'm a vegetarian, so I liked that. The Neural: It behaves no better from any other B-Complex. The Bad: The pill is the size of any other B-Complex, but you have to take two a day. That means, you're 60 count is really a 30 count. Right now Amazon shows the price as 24 cent/capsule. It's really 48 cents/dose. Compare that with a different brand that is 10 cents/dose. It might take a little more to manufacture these "vegan" formula pills, but I have to believe the company is price gouging to take advantage of vegetarians and vegans (seriously, 5 times as much!?). No real surprise, a lot of places do, but I don't *need* this product. They will not receive money from me again until their prices are more reasonable.
Bottom line, if you're hardcore vegan/vegetarian and can't find an equivalent product or get your B sources from food, then buy it. Otherwise find something else until they lower their prices.
