This is an ideal way to get 2000 IU of Vitamin D3. The pills are small, the dosage high. Good quality product. Recommended.

I have the start of osteoporosis and my doctor suggested that I take a Vitamin D everyday. I went to a health store and was told this product was very good for the vitamin d intake. Since then I have been taking it everyday and I have found it cheaper here on Amazon and more quantity than I found at the health store.
