4nice product for the priceMar 06, 2010
vitamin is important for everyone but especially woman. This is a great way to help make sure you are absorbing calcium. I ususally dont like buying from this manufacturer but they do have a couple of things I trust.

5Great for us goths who don't like the sun.Feb 16, 2010
I was concerned about my vitamin D intake seeing as how I don't get much sun and can't drink milk. I take 1 pill every other day and have been feeling better so It seems to be working. Now I can avoid the horrible sun altogether, I'd much rather stay inside and rock my joy division records anyway.

This is a GREAT price made even better by the very high dose!

There is MUCH debate over D-3 dosing, tho it seems clear that 400 is too low.
Europe is 1200, and many advise more than that.

I take this every-other day, so it last 2x longer, or effectively 1/2 price (per day)!
