This is the natural form of Vitamin E (d-alpha), which for some reason is hard to find? Most of the Vitamin E supplements, even the ones that say 'made with natural' on the label, are actually upon closer examination a mixture of both natural & synthetic Vitamin E. The D-Alpha tocopherol Vitamin E is easier to use by your body, so it's a better value to go that way if possible.
The pills themselves are very tiny, which is a plus if you don't like taking pills. We signed up for 'subscribe & save' on these & got a discount, which makes these particular pills the best value I could find.

I like these pills for two reasons:

1. There really small so swallowing is effortless. I have an issue swallowing large pills and these are perfect.

2. The vitamin E in these pills are d-alpha vitamin E not dl-alpha which is in most products. d-alpha vitamin E is easily absorbed by the body whereas dl-aplha is the cheapest and least absorbed form of vitamin E. Need I say more............

Excellent price for this twin pack of 200IU vitaman E softgels. Price is normally what you pay for one bottle of this vitamin. Get 500 softgels for the normal price of 250.
