The reviewer who said this is NOT MK-7 is correctAug 19, 2011

Now Foods has this K2 product and another specifically labelled K2 MK-7. This one does not contain the MK-7 you're looking for. Go to the Now Foods website and take a look for yourself. They decline to specify which menaquinone they're using in this supplement, whereas in their MK-7 product they do specifically state it's menaquinone-7
Buyer beware. There's nothing wrong with Now Foods. I happen to like several of their supplements. But this one is not labelled well. The consumer has no way of knowing which menaquinone they're getting.

Seems to workDec 15, 2010
By John I've started to take vitamin K2 occasionally due to its supposed bone health benefits. I like the NOW brand for vitamins as they seem to have a good quality to price ratio (especially compared to Source Naturals). I can't say I feel any different by taking these vitamins, but then again that is not what they are for.
Apparently there are forms of vitamin K2 (Menaquinone). NOW foods does not specify on the bottle or on their product page which form or forms of Menaquinone they are including in the product. Ultimately though until there is more research into which form is better there is no reason to concern myself with picking one form of K2 over another.

Now Foods Vitamin K2 uses inferior Menaquinone-6...!Oct 25, 2010

Now foods has a good price for K-2, but it uses inferior form of Menaquinone-6(Now's D3 + K2 also!)- Q6 only lasts a few hours vs all day for Q7!
The only brand that states it uses non-GMO soy is Jarrow MK-7 (Q7!)! Jarrow Formulations Jarrow Mk-7 (vitamin K2), 60 Softgels

Great K2Oct 27, 2010
By Amanda I have problems absorbing and tolerating many types of supplements. This K2 is not only very effective, it is very easy on me (I suffer no intestinal effects from daily use).

By North Shore Vitamin K-2 is not that easy to find. I like the dosage and the gel capsules are well made. I recommend this product.
