I usually can not take multivitamins, my body doesn't like them. I hate how the urine turns bright bright yellow... Not these vitamins!!!! They are fantastic! You can feel that they are not synthetic vitamins, but an extract from foods. A superior product!!

I have tried a variety of vitamins. Most of which do nothing for me or make me nauseous. This one is different. It is made from whole foods without synthetics. You can definitely feel the difference. So easy on the stomach too!

I've been taking these vitamins for about 2 years and I'm very pleased! I originally bought them from my local health food store. I no longer buy them there! The price, quality and timely shipping is great! I will say that I take an additional B supplement along with this, as an "over 40" woman I need the additional boost. I do wish that this came in liquid form.

this vitamin, as others have posted, is easy on the stomach. i do wish it had a little more of the B vitamins in it though and iron-did not notice this when i ordered.
